Pacchini Immobiliare is a family business, where professionalism, knowledge and honesty, are at the hearth of the business. It all started in the 70’s with Piero Pacchini working as real estate agent in Pisa, than opening his own agency in 1980. In 1991 his son Marco, that still manage the agency today, entered the business with his wife Daniela. In the past few years also their 3 kids, Simone, Miriam and Sara have joined, to help the company grow. Pacchini immobiliare is an established reality in Pisa city, still has branched out also in other areas in Tuscany. As example, Pacchini Immobiliare is part of the The Link Glocal, a network of over 40 real estate agencies in Pisa and surrounding cities, that share property listing and collaborate to grow the business. As a note, from 2018 to 2022 Pacchini Immobiliare joined the Remax Group. Whilst not much useful to grow the customer network, this has been an interesting experience to understand how established real estate networks operates, how to grow and manage the partner-agents network and also it expanded relationships with other main agencies around Italy. Naturally during the years Pacchini Immobiliare helped some foreigners in their property searches, and now is pushing to grow this business with the help of internationally trained business partners Max and Lina, fluent in English, Chinese, and naturally Italian. As expat themselves since many years, Max and Lina are experienced in dealing with international needs. Pacchini Immobiliare is right partner to look for properties in Pisa and Tuscany. Marco is a professional expert on real estate. He is a certified property manager by ANACI (Italian National Association of Building Managers). And has been trained and follows real estate auctions and foreclosures. Expertise that he is sharing and passing on to the full team in Pacchini Immobiliare. Daniela, Marco’s wife, is also a professional well experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions, working side by side with Marco since 1991 Max is an Italian business man, an expat in UK and China since the age of 22. Working in furniture and design industry and handling international deals. Has the right experience and attitude in dealing with foreign-expat needs. Lina, Max’s wife, is Chinese. Followed him in the business for years, and now is based in Pisa with the kids, and helping foreigners understand how life in Italy is for an expat, and handling procedures-administration Miriam area of expertise is managing rental properties, still also handle real estate sales Simone and Sara are specialized in handling customer requests, when there is a special need or requirement, they look for the right property to present.
