The project is located on plot no. 86 of the Cadastral District 11/4th of the Province of La Altagracia, HIGUEY Municipality, El Salado Section, White Sands Beach and Golf Place, counting on an area of 13,935.38 m2. With a front towards the hole no……of the referred countryside. a regular topography in its entirety, which allows us a better location of the project on the ground with a linear path for both vehicles and pedestrians from Calle de access located in the northwest part and equally the location of the buildings adopt this same distribution shaping two residential wings spliced both by the common recreation area hinged between the apartment bodies and the view of the golf course.
We will have two types of apartments, one bedroom of 65.72 m2 and 2 bedrooms of 95.61 m2. These housing units will be combined in various ways to conform to your once the typologies of apartment blocks:
