Q: How do I get started?
Go to reloadvisor.org, fill in the short form — moving from, moving to, what you’re moving, and when. It takes about two minutes. We then match you to vetted movers in your route and they send quotes directly to you.

Q: How long does it take to get quotes?
Most people receive their first quotes within a few hours. All five quotes are usually in within 24 to 48 hours.

Q: Do I have to pay to use ReloAdvisor?
No. The service is completely free for customers. There’s no signup fee, no quote fee, no booking fee. Movers in our network pay to be on the platform — that’s our business model.

Q: Am I obligated to book one of the movers you match me with?
No. You’re under no obligation. Compare the quotes, decide whether any of them are right for you, and book only if you want to. If none of them are a fit, you’ve still gotten useful market price information for free.
