The Italian estate agents usually don’t reply to emails. Not even if they are written in Italian. Therefore, I can call them for you, ask informations about the property and make an appointment.
Since you know much better than I what you are looking for, I prefer to show you the relevant websites, help you set the filters and pre-select the objects. You then put together a shortlist of properties and I contact the agents for you and get more detailed information. Then you can decide which properties you want to visit.
Yes, I can do that, I can make a video of my viewing, even live if you wish.
No, I have only a basic knowledge about this matter. In any case it’s better to ask a lawyer.
No, you need an Italian tax code, but I can help you to get it, once you are in Italy.
I don’t have any properties to sell, I don’t charge a percentage of the selling price, so I can be completely on your side and don’t have to persuade you to buy a particular property. I am paid purely for my work and just want the transaction to be transparent for my clients and advise them with my experience.
