My name is Caroline and I started helping expats whilst working with Age in Spain, a charity that helped people with moving and living in Spain. I help them with a number of things such as residency, Health Insurance and other bureaucratic matters. This also included help with the process of buying and selling property. 

Change to My experience with AIS and working within Real Estate Inspired me to start this project and launch my own website which is one Stop Portal which includes a property search for Real Estate collaborating with homeowners and local Estate Agents throughout Galicia and Northern Spain.

The site also offers comprehensive Information on all aspects of moving to Spain and everything they need in ways of services to make that happen. We offer an advisory service for any further needs. There is also be informative guides with regard to different the areas with the region.

We can supply recommended English Speaking/ Bilingual Professionals such as Real Estate Client Representation, Financial & Legal services, Transport & Removal Services, Translations, Architects, Construction, Restoration and Interior Decorating Companies and an every increasing number of other recommended services.

Our Property Search will include property such as Luxury Homes, Rural Homes, Homes in need of restoration, Land to build a dream home, Businesses, Rentals and Holiday lets to allow you to explore the areas before you make your move to the Beautiful Regions of Northern Spain

We offer client Representation to our clients, especially non-Spanish-speaking clients.

We will accompany them on visits, translate, negotiate on their behalf and should they become buyers, help them though all the necessary processes and all worry free.
