Aosta Valley Holistic – Wellness & Adventure in the Italian Alps
Aosta Valley Holistic (AVH) creates soul-nourishing retreats in the heart of the Italian Alps, where nature, movement, and wellbeing come together.
Founded by Anita Collins, a long-time Aosta Valley resident, Bowen Technique Therapist and yoga and nature lover. Our mission is to offer transformational experiences that balance adventure with deep relaxation.
Each retreat is thoughtfully curated, blending yoga led by internationally trained teacher Virna, outdoor activities such as hiking or skiing, and holistic practices that reconnect body, mind, and spirit. Set in the breathtaking Italian Alps, our retreats invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover your inner harmony.
