This often happens where someone is moving to a new country and asking for advice in our Facebook Group, “I am moving to Cuba but not exactly sure where to move.” Inevitably, the person reads posts from other expats who recommend the place in which they live. It’s not surprising that it doesn’t help that particular person as they’re open to finding a new home in a different location.
Content created by bloggers is usually biased towards certain topics that are more appealing to them and does not really give a full picture on what life as an Expat would be like. A true perspective of of the life in Cuba from the point-of-view of someone who is an Expat like Marie can only be captured by an Expat, such as Marie herself.
Our solution is to invite members of Facebook groups to create a short contribution about their town or region for visitors who could benefit from an answer, more in-depth and meaningful article.
If you are an Expat in Cuba, share your stories by submitting your blog post to the MAIN menu under the ARTICLES tab.
“This article is worth bookmarking and referring back to later, we hope you find it helpful as you prepare to relocate to Cuba.”
