You are probably aware that AnyExpat is expanding quickly, we are very focused on helping people get legal, get their finances in order and find a property.  These are services that allow us to earn excellent payments each time we introduce a new client to a partner.

In each country within 90 days we aim to achieve the ability to accept any real estate, legal or financial services request for the country.  Growing your Facebook groups at only 40 people per day means that companies will approach us to sign up (You can view their video intro here )

Companies deals involve

• Initial sign up fee
• Back end fee
• They agree to produce content for us
• They become moderators of our group for that country
• In the case of Real Estate agents they also must agree to host property events

To run your own small business as a country operator for AnyExpat is very simple

• No sales required by you
• No recruitment required by you
• No content required by you
• No specialist knowledge required by you!

So what do you actually do?

• Each day ensure that people interested in our groups find them
• Refer great looking companies (That will join your groups to our partners page here)

3 times per week someone will come into your groups (More if they are growing very fast) and they will approve members, they will take emails that are left, they will add emails into a mailer (That automatically introduces our offers relevant to that country) and they will create a welcome post tagging all new members.

CRM

We have integrated Freshsales into our new site which is anyxpat.com/dev, this will be moved to anyexpat.com on 2nd or 3rd Feb at which point we expect to have filled all countries.

The reason for the redesign of the site was to manage the huge number of enquiries that were arriving.

• We are only filling countries that will be profitable and many are gone.  (What you find in this store now is all that remain.)

Detailed Terms (Please do not skip this)

Your confirmation  as a country operator is by payment and confirms our agreement.

All agreements will expire on 31st January 2025 and once a country is gone it is gone until then!

Your sign up cost is one time and not annual.

We will provide you with a list of 50 groups to join

We will provide any ongoing support you require in order to grow your group on or beyond the daily target of 40 per day.

AnyExpat Ltd confirrms that on payment of this item within our store you are the exclusive operator for the chosen country.

You earn 45% of all companies sign up fees for your confirmed country (Typically 200 to 500 Euro) with 300 being average.

You earn 45% of all back end fees from all partner companies in your country.  Example, as a business focused on real estate lets assume we introduce a person in europe who buys a 1 Million Euro house, the realtor will typically pay us between 0.75% and 1% of the sale value.  So AnyExpat ltd would receive @ 1% 10.000 Euro and you would be paid 4500 Euro.  The same rates apply to complementary services that are introduced.  Our aim is to ensure that we can help anyone buy who wants to buy from within our groups.

Events

We are creating an automated event process, where a video real will introduce all services for the country, with pauses and guidance to fill in enquiry forms, you will also earn 45% revenue from these events.  Events can be created when we have a Realtor (Venue), lawyer and Financial service partner confirmed.  AnyExpat ltd will be responsible for filling the events, achieved via a combination of Groups Posts / Emails and paid advertising.

BLOG

You will be required to follow up with companies to ensure their blog is being produced on time (All companies agree to blog between 6 and 12 times per year as part of their agreement.)

Payments

Sign ups from companies can be paid on the day they are received, allowing you to recoup your sign up fees very quickly.  We can sign companies up as long as we have 7 days with a total of at least 200 new members.

Commission payments, these are paid monthly in arrears, you are copied into all enquires and will be sent a full report from the crm freshsales.   Payment by bank transfer only.
