Q: What is the main service you are providing?
A: We are aware that there are many houses whose owners are not able to visit at this time. We offer a “house check” service to give peace of mind
Q: Are you able to do maintenance and repairs on the property if necessary.
A: Yes, definitely
Q: I already pay for security (vigilanza) to check on our house so why do I need you?
A: We enter the house and do a full inspection, provide a report and photos (or do a live zoom meeting). Security companies do not provide this service
Q: How often will you visit my property?
A: As often as you want!
Q: What other services are you providing?
A: What service do you need? We are open and willing to discuss anything you need

A: It varies depending on the service you want, the size of your property and the location. Please contact us with more details and we will reply as soon as possible]
3. Do you own a home in Puglia but are not able to visit due to current travel restrictions?
We know that there are many people who own homes here in Puglia and visit regularly throughout the year but are not able to at the moment due to the travel restrictions. We can only imagine how frustrating that would be, not being able to make sure that everything was ok and not knowing when you will be able to travel. Therefore, we decided to launch a new “house check” service.
Most property management companies do not provide this service but we think it’s essential at this time. We are offering to visit your house and send you a report with photos or we can arrange a live zoom meeting when we are there. This will allow you to identify any areas of concern or where maintenance or repairs are required. We can even do this work for you if required.
We are happy to perform other light duties such as watering plants and we can visit once a week, once a month or even just a “one off”, whatever you want really. However, this is only the start! We plan to extend our services so please get in touch if you have any questions or want more information.
4. We are a property management company based in Ostuni (BR) and are offering a “house check” service for owners who cannot visit their house at this time. We can give you peace of mind that everything is OK and can help if there any repairs are required. If you require more services, please contact us and we can discuss a bespoke service.
